This policy covers our standard, non-personalized collection. A return location is provided with the return authorization.
Change-of-mind returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery for standard, non-personalized items. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with labels attached. Contact us before sending anything back. Once authorized, send the return within 14 days using a tracked service.
You pay the return postage for a change of mind or a size you selected incorrectly. Original delivery charges are not refunded for these returns unless required by applicable law. Personalized items and items showing wear or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Incorrect or defective items
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund without charging for the remedy. Reporting an issue within 30 days helps us resolve it with our production partner; this does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Refunds
We will notify you after reviewing a return. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, or confirming the refund where a return is unnecessary. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Size exchanges
Request a return for an eligible item and place a new order for the required size. Use the product measurements or ask us for fit advice before ordering.
Return instructions
Do not send goods to an address on a shipping label or directly to the production partner. Contact us for the correct return address and authorization. Any mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
