LOUPI GANG / THE FIRST EDIT
Shipping & Returns
DELIVERY & RETURNS
The essentials, before you order.
Our first release focuses on the United States. Standard shipping is free within the United States. Eligible delivery destinations are confirmed before payment.
Made after you order
Our production partner estimates 2–5 business days for standard fulfillment, before carrier transit. Final available services and shipping charges appear before payment. Items may arrive separately.
Finding the right size
Compare the product's garment measurements with an item you already own. Our tee and hoodie have different cuts. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
Returns
Our returns policy allows requests within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, standard non-personalized items. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer. For incorrect or defective goods, we arrange an appropriate remedy without charging for it.
