When can I order?

Items marked available can be ordered when checkout is open. Join our email list for release announcements and new collection news.

Where do you ship?

The United States is our planned first market. Delivery availability, charges and services are confirmed before payment. Read our delivery policy.

How long does delivery take?

Production and transit are separate. Our partner estimates 2–5 business days for standard fulfillment before dispatch. Transit depends on the service and destination. These are estimates, and items may ship separately.

How do I choose a size?

Compare the measurements on the product page with a garment you already wear. The Signature Tee is relaxed and oversized. The Signature Crewneck and Quiet Rebel Hoodie run small according to their supplier; compare their charts and consider sizing up. The Essential Organic Tee has a medium unisex fit, while the Studio Long Sleeve has a classic fit. Our charts include inches and centimeters. See Fit & Care.

Can I return an item or change size?

Our returns policy allows return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible unworn, unwashed, standard non-personalized items. You pay change-of-mind return shipping. See the full policy for conditions and defective items.

Is everything embroidered?

The Signature Tee, Signature Crewneck, Icon Cap, Icon Beanie and Everyday Organic Tote feature embroidery. The Essential Organic Tee and Studio Long Sleeve feature DTG-printed chest artwork. The Quiet Rebel Hoodie combines chest embroidery with a DTG-printed back emblem. Each product page identifies its decoration and materials.

What does made to order mean?

Our partner decorates each item after an order is placed. We select existing garment silhouettes and apply our artwork through embroidery or print.

Are the product images photographs of samples?

Our galleries include supplier mockups and AI-assisted styling visuals. They illustrate the design and styling; they do not document a physical sample inspection. Material information comes from supplier specifications.

Where are the products made?

Garment and decoration origins vary by item and fulfillment route. We do not describe the full collection as made in the USA.
