Made to order. Then on its way.

Our first release focuses on customers in the United States. Delivery availability is confirmed before payment.

Production comes first

Each piece is decorated after an order is placed. Our production partner's standard fulfillment estimate is 2–5 business days, before shipping. This is an estimate and can change during busy periods or if artwork needs attention.

Shipping & delivery

Available destinations, delivery services and shipping charges are shown before payment. Carrier transit time is additional to production time. An estimated arrival date is provided where supported by the selected service. Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States. We do not promise a fixed arrival date.

Tracking & split deliveries

Tracking details are sent when available after dispatch. Items made in different facilities may ship separately, with separate tracking links and arrival dates.

Changes & delays

Check your address and size before placing an order. Contact us immediately for a correction or cancellation; changes may no longer be possible once production starts. If an order is delayed, we will explain the available options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.
